Interesting Real Estate article in the New York Times. Is it better to rent or buy? It really depends on what your long range goals are. Personally I always believe it is better to own property. I know of one attorney who told me he bought a house on the La Gorce Golf Club for the mid 300's in 2000 and now he's being told by Realtors that it will sell for a minimum of $1.3 million.
