It's really apparent how the market has slowed down. Not even six months ago there were very few properties being offered especially on Miami Beach and now each week there are thirty or more open house listings so that you can't even make it to all of them. Now I just choose the ones I want to see more than others. I knew this was one, a house on the Venetian Isles with a good size lot. It's a New Orleans style four bedroom, three and a half bath well maintained with a lot of charming touches.
