Open Houses for Miami Beach, Tomorrow Tuesday, October 4

Last week I didn't get a chance to view any of the condominiums for "Open House." This week I'll start with those first. There are quite a few in the "South of Fifth" nicknamed "SOFI" area. Most of the properties are fairly new. In fact a majority of the buildings sprung up in the last 5 - 7 years. It's a very popular locale because of its proximity to Joe's Stone Crab restaurant and Nikki Beach Club. Also its views of South Pointe, Fisher Island and the ocean. Definetly a cool place to live.
