Things are really lightening up again in Miami. There hasn't been much rain to speak of and people are obeying the rules and stopping at light outages for the most part. The mood is upbeat and even some smiles to be had. Reminded me of this article I did a couple of years ago on laughter and how it could actually be taught. Imagine that!
