Why I Love Real Estate

I love the challenge more than anything else. My deals are usually full of drama and many things crop up. For instance my last deal. From the moment we went into contract with a three month buildout to get a 3/2 single family home with a water view catastrophe after catastrophe was unleased; the title attorney was killed in an auto accident, buyers and sellers went through a bitter lawsuit - their attorneys at each other's throat, listing agent abandoned his client, next door neighbors initiated an encroachment dispute and the project ran out of money. It's never easy but in the end the deal closed (over a year later). The greatest joy is putting those keys in the new owner's hands. Check out what another Realtor has to say:
