Hi Everyone:

I've been on hiatus partly because I forgot my password and could never re-assess my site! I finally remembered today and re-entered. Those senior moments are really kicking in. The property environment on Miami Beach has changed drastically in the past year from when I was chronicling the Open House showcases. Now it is pretty much the same property week after week and nothing is selling. Rentals have kicked in bigtime and that is how most Realtors are surviving these days. I will be presenting available rentals on this site so stay tuned.
